Doodle-ography Journal (for everyone) (2014)Doodle-ography is focused doodling as a spiritual practice. It is a way to access the inner wisdom and creativity that is in each of us, with which we have often lost touch. It's a fun, relaxing, and sometimes surprising form of meditation - even for those who have not had success with other forms of meditation. It is for all ages and abilities, but this journal is designed primarily for adults or high-school age youth. The quotes and images are interfaith in nature and it is spiral bound, 7 x 9 and fits easily in a purse or briefcase14-Adult$16
