A Young UU's Doodle-ography Journal (2013) | A fun way for kids and teens to connect with the sacred through drawing. Doodling in this journal offers a gently guided, tactile meditation-a wonderful way for children to calm and center themselves. For use alone or as support for "attentive listening" during story times and services. This journal is spiral bound, 81/2 x 11 and contains quotes and instructions most appropriate for children and youth. It includes pages with the UU Principles and Sources. | 6-18yr | $12 |
Doodle-ography Journal (for everyone) (2014) | Doodle-ography is focused doodling as a spiritual practice. It is a way to access the inner wisdom and creativity that is in each of us, with which we have often lost touch. It's a fun, relaxing, and sometimes surprising form of meditation - even for those who have not had success with other forms of meditation. It is for all ages and abilities, but this journal is designed primarily for adults or high-school age youth. The quotes and images are interfaith in nature and it is spiral bound, 7 x 9 and fits easily in a purse or briefcase | 14-Adult | $16 |
